30 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient is 30-75 years old, right-handed, with the first onset; 2. Clear consciousness and stable vital signs; 3. Course of disease > 3 months, no more than 2 years; 4. No cognitive impairment, simple mental state examination > 24 points; 5. Fugl Meyer Assessment Upper Extremity Scale (FMA-UE) proximal part of hemiplegic upper limb<26 points; 6. Loss of motor evoked potential (MEP) of abductor pollicis brevis on hemiplegic side; 7. Know the test content before the test and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of epilepsy or a family history of epilepsy; 2. Patients with visual and audio impairments cannot cooperate in the treatment; 3. Wearing a pacemaker, having metal implants in the skull, or having skull defects; 4. Complicated with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction or malignant tumor.
