Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 85 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of spontaneous pneumothorax; 3. It meets the surgical criteria for spontaneous pneumothorax (unilateral spontaneous pneumothorax has recurred more than once or CT indicates that the primary SP has obvious subpleural bullous lesions, and the secondary SP has air leakage from the thoracic drainage tube for more than 3 days).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Traumatic or iatrogenic pneumothorax; 2. Patients who refused to receive thoracoscopic surgery; 3. Patients who have lost the data of appropriate amount of free gas in the chest combined with CT scanning or thoracoscopic surgery in different positions.
