Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of diagnosis of diabetes is less than 20 years old (children) or more than 20 years old (adults), gender is not limited, and there is no limit to single eye disease; 2. Patients with proliferative diabetes retinopathy diagnosed and undergoing PPV surgery have any of the following signs: 1) Obvious neovascularization, 2) preretinal hematocele, 3) vitreous hemorrhage; 3. Volunteer to participate in this clinical trial and sign the informed consent form; 4. They are willing to follow up and can follow up at the specified time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other serious eye diseases except diabetes retinopathy, such as uveitis, retinal angiopathy, congenital and traumatic vitreoretinopathy, endophthalmitis, etc; 2. The patient did not receive PPV surgery or had less than 2 follow-up times or did not follow up as required; 3. Patients with serious systemic diseases, including abnormal liver and kidney functions, abnormal blood routine and coagulation functions, congenital heart disease and hearing impairment.
