Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalization time > 24h; 2. Age = 18 years; 3. Patients with advanced tumor; 4. Clear consciousness; 5. Those who voluntarily participate in the research and can better cooperate with the investigators.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy in day ward; 2.Unable to complete the questionnaire independently with the help of the researcher.
