Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically diagnosed as primary malignant tumors of the head and neck (nasopharyngeal carcinoma, laryngeal carcinoma, oral squamous cell carcinoma, etc.); 2. The above-mentioned diagnosed patients have been prescribed the treatment plan by the clinician including radiotherapy; 3. Sign the informed consent form, and they have to underwent ultrasound imaging before radiotherapy, in the short and long term after radiotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have not completed the radiotherapy cycle; 2. Patients who do not agree to follow-up examinations or who cant answer or die during the follow-up period; 3. Patients whose tumors are not primary; 4. patients with skin ulceration cannot be applied with coupling agent patient or take us examination.
