Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: premature infant: 1.28W = birth gestational age<37W; 2. Apgar score = 8 at 1 minute after birth; 3. On the day of discharge, the premature infant has reached the discharge standard [75], that is, the weight is = 2000g, the vital signs are stable, the infant can be fed enough by mouth, the weight continues to grow, the infant can maintain normal temperature at room temperature, the disease has healed or the infant can receive family sequential treatment. Parents of premature infants: 1. Parents = 18 years old; 2. No mental disorder and cognitive disorder; 3. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Premature infant: 1. Premature infants with congenital genetic metabolic disease, congenital heart disease and developmental malformation; 2. I am participating in relevant research that may change the observation indicators. Parents of premature infants: 1. There is a serious audio-visual obstacle, which may affect the understanding of questions or correct answers; 2. Being involved in relevant research that may change the observation indicators; 3. The mother of the premature infant has serious obstetric complications or other major diseases caused by non obstetric factors; 4. Have taken psychotropic drugs in recent 30 days.
