four:Local application of dacronine + 1µg/kg normal saline during induction + 0.2µg/ (kg·h) intraoperative pumping of normal saline
four:Local application of dacronine + 1µg/kg loading dose of dexmedetomidine + 0.2µg/ (kg·h) intraoperative pumping during induction
four:Local application of dacronine + 1µg/kg loading dose of dexmedetomidine + 0.4µg/ (kg·h) intraoperative pumping during induction
four:Local application of dacronine + 1µg/kg loading dose of dexmedetomidine + 0.6µg/ (kg·h) intraoperative pumping during induction

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification I-III; 2. Aged 18-65; 3. Male patients who need catheterization for elective operation (the operation duration is about 3h); 4. Patients without restlessness and normal consciousness before operation; 5. Patients with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing urological surgery; 2. Patients with bladder outlet obstruction, urinary tract infection, neurogenic bladder, prostate hyperplasia, and dysuria; 3. Patients who take anti-inflammatory drugs, sedatives, antidepressants, immunomodulators and other drugs for a long time; 4. Patients with history of cerebrovascular disease, cardiovascular disease and mental disease; 5. Patients with severe liver and kidney diseases, severe conduction block and bradycardia; 6. Patients participating in other trial studies at the same time.
