Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 14-80; Previous untreated adrenal tumors, including primary adrenal tumors and metastatic tumors; 2. Tumor diameter =9% 0; 6. The patient signs the informed consent form; Agree to conduct postoperative follow-up according to the requirements of this study design; 7. Subjects must have the ability to understand and voluntarily sign the written informed consent, and must sign the informed consent before starting any specific procedure of the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability to tolerate general anesthesia surgery, ASA: 4-5; 2. Unwilling to accept surgical treatment; 3. Pregnant women; 4.BMI>28; 5. Other factors that may affect patient enrollment and evaluation results; 6. Refuse to follow up according to the requirements set by the research protocol, and refuse to sign the informed consent.
