Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-70 years; 2.BMI 18-25 kg/m2, ASA I or II; 3. The operation time is more than 2 hours; 4. Agree to this clinical trial and sign the informed consent form, and approve the experimental study through the hospital ethics committee.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemic inflammatory diseases, diabetes, abnormal muscle metabolism, hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism; 2. Heart disease, liver and kidney disease, Parkinson's disease, Raynaud's syndrome, alcohol addiction, allergic constitution, etc.; 3. Other spinal cord injury complications; 4.
