Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-75 years with complete case information retrievable and eligible for diagnosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other rheumatic immune diseases, acute infections, severe abnormalities in liver and kidney function (transaminases more than 3 times higher or glomerular filtration rate <15ml/min*1.73m2), tumors, severe hematopoietic and endocrine system diseases; 2. Those whose data collection was affected by psychiatric language and other factors.
