0.1 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 1 month < age <=18 years old, male or female; 2. With adequate hematological, renal and hepatic functions, histologically or molecular-diagnosis confirmed ALL; 3. Written informed consent was obtained from all patients legal guardians or parents before the study; 4. The children with ALL treated on the SCCLG-ALL-2016 protocol in Sun Yat-sen Memorial hospital, with the planned dose of 50 mg/m2; 5. All the clinical diagnosis,treatment protocol, pathological and physiological information should be recorded during the study. NUDT15 R139C, TPMT*2 and TPMT*3 genotyping should be performed before being recurited in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute mixed phenotype leukemia; 2. Patients with Down's syndrome; 3. Mature B-cell lineage acute lymphoblastic leukemia; 4. It is the second tumor and the definite chronic myeloid leukemia; 5. Secondary to immunodeficiency; 6. Patients with abnormal liver and kidney function; 7. Patients whose key research data is missing or contains outlier data; 8. Patients with other factors that the researchers think are not suitable for inclusion.
