Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 18 years old; 2. Men and women are not limited; 3. Based on AJCC 8th edition of TNM staging of bladder cancer, patients with myometrial invasive urothelial carcinoma who underwent radical operation and histologic diagnosis and imaging evaluation were included. Patients with histologically mixed tumors are required to be dominated by urothelial carcinoma (at least 50%); 4. Patients tolerated neoadjuvant therapy (immunization/chemotherapy); 5. Radical cystectomy is needed after neoadjuvant therapy, and the indications of radical cystectomy are met; 6. Tumor tissue samples of TURBT and radical resection must be provided, and relevant pathological reports are required. You can choose to send fresh surgical tissue (>= 50mg, tumor cell content >= 20%) or pathological white film (tissue block of FFPE or 20 newly cut non stained FFPE tissue sections, tumor cell content >= 20%).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known allergy to other monoclonal antibodies; 2. Known allergy to any investigational drug or excipient; 3. There is a high-risk basic medical condition or alcohol/drug abuse that is not conducive to the administration of the study drug, or may affect the interpretation of the results, or lead to treatment complications; 4. Complicated with other tumors; 5. There is a history of autoimmune disease, immunodeficiency disease and organ transplantation, which the researchers believe affects the researchers.
