Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inpatients diagnosed with HIV infection by laboratory tests; 2. Adults(>= 18 years old); 3. Patients who have not yet started antiretroviral therapy; 4. Patients who signed the informed consent form by themselves or their legal representatives to join this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been clearly diagnosed with active tuberculosis; 2. Patients who have started empirical anti-tuberculosis treatment.
