Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for primary choledocholithiasis: (1) Patients were initially diagnosed with choledocholithiasis by abdominal B-ultrasound and/or upper abdominal CT/MRI/ magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography, and were clearly diagnosed with choledocholithiasis without intrahepatic or gallbladder stones by endoscopic retrograde cholangiography (ERCP); (2) Patients with primary choledocholithiasis had no history of biliary tract surgery before this study; (3) No history of using antibiotics or microbial preparations in the past 4 weeks; (4) Complete clinical data. 2. Inclusion criteria for postoperative recurrence of primary choledocholithiasis: (1) The first ERCP stone extraction in each center was cured, and choledocholithiasis was confirmed by choledocholithiasis angiography; (2) Symptoms of acute biliary tract disease occurred again after ERCP lithotomy, and the recurrence of calculi was confirmed by imaging examination such as ultrasound, CT and ERCP diagnosis; (3) The time between the diagnosis of recurrent choledocholithiasis and the first cured discharge time >=6 months. 3. Inclusion criteria for non-common bile duct stones group (control group): patients with clinically diagnosed non-cholelithiasis diseases such as common bile duct obstruction, common bile duct stenosis, and Oddi sphincter dysfunction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cholecystolithiasis and intrahepatic bile duct stones; 2. Patients with biliary duct cancer, pancreatic cancer and other biliary system tumors; 3. Patients with biliary malformation, cirrhosis, gastrointestinal reconstruction or acute biliary tract infection; 4. Complicated with serious heart, lung, kidney disease, uncontrollable diabetes; 5. Missing or incomplete clinical records; 6. Patients who refuse to sign informed consent, do not cooperate or refuse to accept clinical studies.
