Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Outpatients and inpatients who came to the Endoscopy Centre of Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University for painless gastroscopy from December 2016 to July 2017 were selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification >=4; 2. Pregnancy and lactation; 3. Sleep apnoea syndrome; 4. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 5. SpO2 <95% or need for oxygen inhalation; 6. History of psychiatric illness or epilepsy.
