Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of the international Consensus on Childhood Sepsis 2005; 2. Age range: older than 28 days old and younger than 18 years old; 3. Informed consent and complete data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe sepsis or septic shock has been diagnosed more than 24 hours; 2. CRRT has been treated before diagnosis; 3. Give up treatment and leave the hospital;
