Treatment group A:Acupuncture siguan with movement and breathing conduction exercise
Treatment group B:Acupuncture siguan with breathing conduction exercise
Treatment group C:Acupuncture siguan with movement conduction exercise
Sham acupuncture group:Sham acupuncture with movement and breathing conduction exercise

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-30 years old; 2. The lower limbs did not exercise regularly or vigorously for nearly 2 weeks; 3. There was no discomfort in lower limbs at the time of enrollment; 4. Able to receive acupuncture treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiovascular and respiratory diseases; 2. Serious disease of the lower limb motor system; 3. Lower limb vascular diseases; 4. Other life-threatening uncomfortable symptoms may occur after strenuous exercise.
