Intervention group:Turn on the incense switch 3 hours before each bedtime and turn it off when you go to sleep

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 to 60 years old; 2. Good physical condition, no extrinsic and substantial diseases, no sleep disorders; 3. No sleeping or excitatory drugs were taken 3 days before the formal start of the study enrollment; 4. Complete the PSQI scale score less than or equal to 7; 5. Voluntarily joined the experiment and actively cooperated with the experiment; subjects and family members were informed of the study content and voluntarily signed the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor compliance and inability to strictly obey experimental arrangements; 2. Allergy to the components of incense or non-acceptance of incense therapy; 3. Have other extrinsic and substantial diseases; 4. Participating in other drug clinical studies within the last 1 month.
