Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of primary dysmenorrhea; 2. Childless women aged 18-30; 3. The menstrual cycle was basically normal (28+-7 days); 4. The course of the disease ranges from 6 months to 15 years 5. VAS scale score >= 40mm; 6. No pain medication or other treatment was taken in the 24 hours prior to the trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Through B ultrasonic and gynecological examination confirmed as a result of endometriosis pelvic inflammation adenomyopathy, and other diseases or other factors caused by secondary dysmenorrhea; 2. Irregular menstrual cycle; 3. Combined with the medical history, patients with serious life-threatening primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system, as well as other diseases unsuitable for acupuncture and moxibustion, such as mental patients; 4. Moxibustion site soft tissue damage, ulceration scar calluses, and other skin problems are not suitable for moxibustion.
