Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the diagnosis and treatment guidelines for children with community-acquired pneumonia (2019 edition), children with CAP initially diagnosed in the pediatric outpatient Department of Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital have one or more of the following clinical manifestations: Fever, cough, wheezing, sputtering, breath-holding (apnea) or coughing in infants less than 2 months of age, increased respiratory rate, dyspnea, triscuval sign, aspirational depression of chest wall, nasal fan, perioral and nail bed cyanosis, wet rales can be heard in the lungs with corresponding lung imaging changes; 2. Due to clinical needs and the consent of the family, the child shall undergo pulmonary ultrasound, chest radiography or chest CT examination, and sign the relevant notification letter.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The interval between chest CT or chest X-ray and pulmonary ultrasound examination is greater than 72 hours; 2. Newborns; 3. Combined with other serious diseases that affect the results of the study; 4. Chest X-ray, chest CT, and lung ultrasound examinations are known.
