Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female over 18 years old; 2. Patients with treatment-naive unilateral primary invasive breast cancer which are histopathologically confirmed, except for occult breast cancer, inflammatory breast cancer, and eczematoid carcinoma; 3. They have received the ultrasound or mammograme/breast MRI at our center; 4. Prepared for neoadjuvant therapy; 5. Able to understand the study flow, volunteered to participate in this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating subjects; 2. The subject cannot maintain a fixed and continuous posture during the examination; 3. Ulceration and edema on the skin surface of the breast, more than 1/4 of the whole breast and armor chest; 4. The subject has a history of silicone allergy; 5. The investigator considered the patient to have any other condition not suitable for participation in the study.
