Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients group: (1) Patients diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma; (2) Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) patients after radiation therapy for 1 to 10 years; (3) NPC patients have voice changes assessed by VHI and GRBAS; (4) Age between 18 to 65 years old; (5) Gender unlimited. 2. Normal control group: normal people, aged between 18 to 65 years old, gender unlimited, no voice problem.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma; 2. Receiving radiotherapy; 3. Severe cognition and mental disorder; 4. Other voice problems such as spasmodic dysphonia, vocal nodules, vocal cord polyp, cricoarytenoid joint dislocation; 5. Severe cardiopulmonary failure.
