Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Selection criteria for retrospective case analysis: (1) 18-80 years old, no gender limit; (2) Acute phase (within 2 weeks after onset) ischemic stroke patients; (3) Traceable brain CT/MRI examination, blood sugar and blood lipid examination, high-resolution VW-MRI examination of the head and carotid artery; (4) Ultrasound examination of the carotid artery revealed that the wall of the carotid artery on the same side of the stroke was thickened, and the thickness of the medial-intima = 1.5 mm; CTA examination revealed plaque in the cranial artery. 2. Selection criteria for prospective studies: (1) 18-80 years old, gender is not limited; (2) Patients with ischemic stroke in the acute phase (within 2 weeks after the onset); (3) Complete cranial CT/MRI/CTP examination; (4) During the follow-up period, complete a high-resolution VW-MRI of the head carotid artery once a year.
