18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age> eighteen years old; 2. Cardiac arrest survivors inside or outside the hospital; 3. GCS measured immediately after ROSC<= 8.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Traumatic or intracranial hemorrhage CA; 2. Ineligible for lumbar puncture (LP) (brain computed tomography showed severe cerebral edema, or coagulopathy (platelet count 1.5)); 3. Patients with end-stage tumors; 4. The time admitted to ICU is more than 24 hours after ROSC.
