18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ages 18-60 years; 2. BMI 19-24 kg/m2; 3. Tourniquet operation is required for injuries or fractures of lower limb joints or soft tissues; 4. The amount of surgical bleeding is not expected to exceed 100 mL; 5. ASA I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrolled hypertension and peripheral vascular disease; 2. Thrombosis of lower extremity; 3. Severe skin diseases of lower limbs; 4. Tumor patients; 5. Diabetes mellitus and severe infection; 6. Previous history of vascular embolism; 7. Decline to attend.
