Interventions

Group A:The initiation dose is determined according to the level of AMH, 150 IU for AMH 1.2-3 ng /mL and 137.5 IU for AMH 3-5 ng/mL.
Group B:The initiation dose is determined according to the level of AMH, 187.5 IU for AMH 1.2-3 ng/mL and 175 IU for AMH 3-5 ng/mL.
Group C:The initiation dose is determined according to the level of AMH, 225 IU for AMH 1.2-3 ng/mL and 212.5 IU for AMH 3-5 ng/mL.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 1.1 ng/mL; 5. Basal sinus follicle count (AFC) > 5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and polycystic ovary; 2. Decreased ovarian reserve function, previous history of low or high ovarian response, failure of two IVF cycles; 3. Hydrosalpinx, abnormal uterine morphology, adenomyosis, hyperprolactinemia, adrenal hyperplasia, thyroid disease, testicular puncture or microspermatology; 4. Those who have not signed informed consent.
