20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 20 to 70 years; 2. The presence of visual emphysema confirmed by Low dose CT scan; 3. Patients who can tolerate or cooperate the pulmonary function tests.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of other acute or chronic respiratory diseases other than COPD, including bronchiectasis, lung infection, tumor, or the history of lung surgery; 2. Patients with a prior definitive diagnosis of COPD; 3. The presence of severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. The people suffered severe heart failure or malignant arrhythmias; 5. Acute cerebrovascular events within the past 3 months; 6. An uncured malignancy; 7. History of mental illness; 8. The state of lactation, pregnancy, or planned pregnancy; 9. Subjects who are not expected to cooperate and follow up.
