Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Present with at least two of the following symptoms: pain in or around the eyes, nausea and/or vomiting, intermittent blurred vision with halos; 2. Intraocular pressure > 30 mmHg (non-contact measurement); 3. There is at least one of the following signs: conjunctival congestion, corneal epithelial edema, moderate pupil dilation; 4. Under the slit lamp, the lower Angle of the shallow anterior chamber or the Angle lens is closed, and the contralateral eye is more than 180 degrees. Under the Angle lens, the static state is more than 180 degrees; 5. The time from onset to medical treatment is greater than 72 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary glaucoma such as lens subluxation secondary glaucoma, neovascular glaucoma, uveal inflammatory glaucoma, retinal laser or surgical secondary glaucoma; 2. Vision was blind before the onset of acute angle-closure glaucoma; 3. History of laser or intraocular surgery within the past months; 4. A history of specific medication, such as topiramate, may cause ciliary choroid effusion.
