Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-80 years, Wagner grade ?-?, who need to undergo toe amputation; 2. Platelet count > 150×10^9/L; 3. Albumin level > 30 g/L, hemoglobin > 60 g/L, white blood cell count > 300×10^9/L; 4. The body condition can tolerate blood collection; 5. ABI is greater than 0.5 and less than 1.4; 6. Sign informed consent for surgery and special treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from hematological diseases; 2. Use hormones and immunosuppressants; 3. Acute complications associated with diabetes mellitus; 4. Physical condition can not tolerate surgery and anesthesia; 5. Those who cannot cooperate with treatment or refuse blood collection by medical staff; 6. Unwilling to participate in the clinical trial; 7. Patients who lost follow-up contact for other reasons.
