18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 2. Aged 18-65 years; 3. BMI 18-30 kg/m2; 4. ASA I-II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse research; 2. Acute respiratory tract infection, chronic respiratory disease, long-term heavy smoking in the past two weeks; 3. Patients with a history of preoperative nausea and vomiting; 4. A history of mental illness or inability to communicate and cooperate; 5. Opioid abuse, allergic to opioids and nalmefene; 6. Insufficiency of liver and kidney function. Antidepressants or monoamine oxidase inhibitors were used 15 days before surgery; 7. Patients who need to be admitted to ICU for further treatment after surgery; 8. Patients undergoing surgical treatment due to bleeding at the surgical site within 24 hours after surgery; 9. Patients not scheduled to be transferred to ICU for further treatment.
