Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. MCI patients ranged in age from 60 to 85 years; 2. More than 6 years of education; 3. No obvious impairment of vision and hearing; 4. Diagnosed as MCI by a neurologist; 5. The patient with MCI was stable, conscious and had stable vital signs; 6. Normal subjects aged 18-85 years; 7. Normal subjects had no cognitive impairment; 8. Voluntary participation, the informed consent signed by the patient himself or by his immediate family members.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The subject has other severe neurological diseases or critical cerebral infarction; 2. The subject has serious mental illness; 3. Cognitive impairment caused by other types of diseases, such as Parkinson's disease; 4. Subjects with uncontrolled hypertension, arrhythmia, severe coronary heart disease and poor control of diabetes complications; 5. Subjects are participating in other clinical trials; 6. The subjects could not complete the tasks assigned by the research institute due to poor compliance.
