Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Single pregnant women; 2. Have lived in Yongchuan District for more than 3 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Report personal or family history of thyroid disease; 2. Iodine, iodine-containing medicine or health care products have been taken in the past 1 year; 3. Pregnant women with cardiovascular system, immune system, liver and kidney disease.
