Group 1 :quadratus lumborum block

20 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-75 years; 2. ASA class I-IV; 3. Select the patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy under ultrasound-guided quadrate lumbomuscle combined general anesthesia or general anesthesia alone; 4. Intravenous anesthesia combined with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia; 5. All surgeries and anesthesia management were carried out by the same team; 6. Patients signed the informed consent form for 48-hour postoperative analgesia and sufentanil was used for emergency analgesia when PCIA was insufficient; 7. Ropivacaine was used for quadrat block.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative cognitive dysfunction; 2. History of severe hypertension or heart disease; 3. Severe liver and kidney insufficiency; 4. Diseases of the blood system and abnormal coagulation; 5. Distant viscera transfer; 6. Recent use of antidepressants, sedatives or analgesics; 7. Previous history of abdominal surgery; 8. Regional block complications such as puncture injury, infection and bleeding and local anesthetic poisoning at the puncture site; 9. Failed to complete intraoperative data collection and postoperative follow-up.
