Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Above the age of 18 years and below the age of 70 years; 2. NAFLD was measured by abdominal ultrasound or CT scan; 3. Metabolic syndrome index: BMI > 24; hyperglycemia (fasting blood glucose 7.0 mmol/L, random or 2 hours post-meal blood glucose 11.1 mmol/L); hyperlipidemia was cholesterol > 5.18 mmol/L, LDL-c > 3.37 mmol/L or triglyceride > 1.7 mmol/L; 4. Fatty liver index (FLI) > 60.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant; 2. A history of excessive alcohol consumption (more than 210 grams per week for men and 140 grams per week for women); 3. Viral hepatitis, autoimmune liver disease, drug-induced hepatitis, liver congestion, biliary calculi and other diseases causing abnormal liver function; 4. Currently, amiodarone, methotrexate, tamoxifen, glucocorticoid, valproic acid and other acidic drugs with carboxyl group are taken orally; 5. Anticholesteamine allergy; 6. Currently taking metformin, statins and other hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering drugs; 7. Other major diseases; 8. Patients unable to comply with the study and informed consent; 9. Did not return to the hospital for regular follow-up.
