Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Mechanical ventilation was used during operation and transferred to ICU after operation; 3. ICU stay >= 1 day; 4. The patients themselves and their families informed and agreed to conduct this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Heart and chest surgery; 2. Preoperative pulmonary infection and chronic pulmonary disease; 3. Endotracheal intubation has been performed before surgery; 4. Simple local anesthesia and peripheral nerve block; 5. Thoracic surgery or surgery for cardiopulmonary bypass and/or one-lung ventilation; 6. Received mechanical ventilation within 30 days before surgery; 7. Pregnancy.
