25 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The pregnant woman is 25-35 years; 2. Natural conceived, single pregnancy, 37 weeks <= gestational age< 42 weeks. 3. Natural delivery; The birth weight is 2500-4000 g. 4. No contraindications of spinal anesthesia; 5. No antibiotics or microecological products were used in 3 months before specimen collection; 6. No signs of infection or potential infectious factors before and during delivery; 7. Understand Mandarin.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to local anesthetics and sufentanil; 2. Chronic underlying diseases before pregnancy; 3. Premature rupture of membranes; 4. Refuse to communicate or have anxiety or depression.
