Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Benign prostatic hyperplasia with a prostate volume of 30-60 mL; 2. Moderate-severe lower urinary tract symptoms (IPSS >= 12) that have significantly affected quality of life, especially poor medication or refusal of medication; 3. Maximum urinary flow rate < 15 mL/s; 4. Complicated with bladder stones, recurrent hematuria, recurrent urinary tract infection, more than 2 times of urinary retention, upper urinary tract hydronephrosis, etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The patients were accompanied by neurogenic bladder, overactive bladder, prostate cancer, bladder detrusor muscle weakness.
