Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 to 85 years; 2. PD patients with pain, excluding patients with apparent tumors, diabetes, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid disease, lumbar disc herniation, and other comorbidities that can explain the pain, among which PD patients. The diagnostic criteria are based on the 2015 MDS clinical diagnostic criteria, and the PD patients are diagnosed as "clinically confirmed" or "probable"; 3. H-Y stage: I-IV stage.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary Parkinsons syndrome caused by vascular factors, toxins, drugs, etc., or Parkinsons superimposed syndrome; 2. PD patients with persistent head tremor; 3. Dementia, Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) <= 24 points; 4. Patients with suicidal tendencies and psychotic symptoms.
