Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those aged 18-75 years; 2. Patients who meet RHPI: 2 or more standard courses of treatment according to the standard quadruple therapy regimen prescribed by the guidelines within 2 years; 3. HP infection (according to any of the following): (1) HP culture is positive; (2) Rapid urease test is positive; (3) Histopathology is positive; (4) Urea breath test is positive; (5) Fecal HP antigen positive with digestion ulcer; 4. Those who have not taken PPI for at least 4 weeks; have not taken antibiotics, bismuth agents, and traditional Chinese medicine preparations with anti-HP effect for at least 4 weeks; 5. Those who signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 2. Those with severe heart, kidney, lung and liver disease; 3. Those who use drugs or alcohol; 4. Those who have swallowing obstruction; 5. People with mental disorders, mental disorders or Alzheimer's disease; 6. Those who are known or suspected to be allergic to this test drug; 7. Those who are judged by doctors to have poor compliance; 8. Those who are involved in the research of this clinical trial and other clinical investigators.
