18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. There is no limit on the gender; 2. Aged 18 to 60 years; 3. ASA grade II-III; 4. BMI > 30 kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative Hb was lower than 110 g/L; 2. Preoperative coagulation was abnormal; 3. History of upper respiratory tract infection within 2 weeks before surgery; 4. Preoperative CT showed atelectasis or severe respiratory disease; 5. Associated neurological disease or previous history of cerebrovascular disease; 6. Accompanied by serious heart, liver, kidney and other systemic diseases; 7. Refused to sign informed consent.
