Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 21 mmHg when the maximum dose of local IOP drugs was used; (2) Other anti-glaucoma surgeries have been performed, and IOP>21mmHg with or without local IOP drugs; (3) Children cannot tolerate drugs; 5. The parents of the child signed the informed consent voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to return to the hospital on time to complete the follow-up and related examinations; 2. Complicated with other eye diseases, such as uveitis, congenital iris abnormality, eye trauma, etc.; 3. Have a history of serious systemic diseases: congenital heart disease, rheumatic immunity, kidney disease and digestive system diseases.
