Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the indications of CPR, and no chest trauma, chest deformity, rib fracture, hemopneumothorax and other chest compression contraindications; 2. Age > 18 years; 3. The patient's close relatives or legal representatives agreed to use the ALC-CPR instrument and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: CA caused by the end stage of chronic diseases such as chronic heart failure and advanced cancer.
