Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years; 2. BMI < 30 kg/m2; 3. ASA grade I-III; 4. Patients who have signed the informed consent for elective lumbar spine surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neurological or psychiatric disorders, or other causes of inability to communicate; 2. Severe heart, lung, and brain diseases, such as COPD, heart valve disease, arrhythmia, heart failure, cerebral infarction; 3. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Those who refuse to participate in this study.
