Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years; 2. Hospitalization in this institution; 3. Those who meet any of the following conditions: (1) Long-term use of more than 5 kinds of drugs; (2) Suffering from >= 2 chronic diseases; (3) Accept elective surgery under general anesthesia or semi-anesthesia; (4) Acute infectious diseases; (5) Bone mineral density T-value <-2.5 measured by the "gold standard" of dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry. (6) History of fragility fracture; (7) Those who have serious infection, tumor, and diabetes aggravation due to local factors in the oral cavity such as caries, periodontal disease, etc., or those who have related potential risks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to complete the questionnaire and follow-up due to various reasons (severe cognitive impairment, deafness, non Chinese, etc.); 2. Advanced cancer; 3. The expected survival period is less than 1 year; 4. Refused to sign the informed consent form.
