Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who met the indications of bariatric surgery and underwent laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy with concomitant hiatal hernia repair; 2. Patients aged 18-65 years, with full understanding, agree to participate in this study. 3. Signing the Informed Consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with preoperative severe liver and kidney insufficiency, cardiopulmonary insufficiency, or other serious diseases that did not receive standard treatment; 2. Patients with a history of severe mental illness or/and gastrointestinal surgery; 3. Lack of willingness and motivation to accept postoperative lifestyle changes; 4. Patients who were diagnosed with Barrett's esophagus by endoscopy and all patients who were diagnosed with esophagitis according to the Los Angeles gastroesophageal reflux disease classification; 5. Intraoperative exploration revealed esophageal hiatus > 6 cm.
