Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. It meets the diagnostic and classification criteria of stroke formulated by the Fourth National Conference on cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage confirmed by CT or MRI; 3. Conscious and stable vital signs; 4. The first onset was 2 weeks to 12 months; 5. Age >= 18 years, male or female; 6. The active extension of wrist joint on the affected side is more than 20°, and the extension of metacarpophalangeal joint and interphalangeal joint of thumb and two of the remaining fingers is more than 10°, and the action can be repeated three times within 1 min; The range of motion of passive joint on the affected side: flexion and abduction of shoulder joint > 90°, external rotation of shoulder joint > 45°, joint extension > 30°, supination and pronation of forearm > 45°; 7. Independent walking.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient's condition is unstable; 2. Moderate and severe cognitive impairment, Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) 2; 5. Severe pain, visual analogue scale/score (VAS) >= 7 point.
