Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type 2 diabetes meet the diagnostic criteria in The Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes in China (2020 edition); 2. The diagnosis of type 2 diabetic nephropathy was based on the Chinese Guidelines for Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Diabetic Kidney Disease; 3. Aged from 18 to 80 years, hemoglobin (Hb) level was 45 to 110 g/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with primary or other secondary kidney disease; 2. Complicated with acute complications of diabetes, such as diabetic hyperosmolar hyperglycemia syndrome, diabetic ketoacidosis, or complicated with various infections and stress states; 3. Cardiopulmonary insufficiency, diseases of the blood system, rheumatic immune diseases, and malignant tumors.
