18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-60 years; 2. ASA I-II level; 3. Patients undergoing arthroscopic knee surgery under local anesthesia block; 4. Willing to participate in the study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of mental illness or current use of psychotropic drugs; 2. BMI =28 kg/m2 and patients with apnea syndrome; 3. Taking other trial drugs or participating in other clinical trials within 3 months prior to study inclusion; 4. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and obstructive sleep apnea 5. Allergy to local anesthetics. 6. History of acute upper respiratory tract infection within 1 week before surgery 7. Oxygen saturation (SpO2) =96% when no oxygen is provided preoperatively 8. For any reason not suitable for the study or not suitable for inclusion in the study as considered by the researcher.
