Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. A man or woman over the age of 18 years; 2. An electrocardiogram or 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram or portable electrocardiogram detector indicates atrial fibrillation; 3. People at risk of atrial fibrillation cardiogenic stroke: male patients with a CHA2DS2-Vasc score of 0-1 or women with a score of 1-2; 4. The clinical data were complete and all patients provided written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with rheumatic heart disease, congenital heart disease, cardiomyopathy, hematological diseases, severe hepatorenal insufficiency, and connective tissue diseases; 2. Echocardiographic results suggest valvular heart disease; 3. Patients with transient atrial fibrillation secondary to reversible causes: hyperthyroidism, acute pulmonary embolism, recent surgery, acute myocardial infarction, etc.; 4. Severe carotid stenosis and intracranial artery stenosisc; 5. Patients with atrial fibrillation who have recently undergone major surgical operations.
