Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children admitted to PICU for treatment; 2. Children aged 2-14 years; 3. The patient is expected to stay in PICU for more than 48 hours; 4. Parents of children admitted to PICU for treatment; 5. Parents are the main caregivers of children; 6. Parents are 18 or older; 7. No previous history of mental illness or cognitive impairment; 8. Informed consent. The child or guardian agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The child or parents have severe audio-visual impairment, which may affect the understanding of the question or the correct answer, and cannot cooperate with the intervener; 2. Children who were temporarily observed in PICU after surgery; 3. The child has no clear caregiver; 4. Participating in other related intervention studies that may alter follow-up outcomes; 5. Children with parental abuse admitted to PICU; 6. Parents who have experienced the death of an immediate family member in the last two months.
